The path to sharing your work
How to participate?
1. Send your information
Prepare a PDF with:
- Full name.
- Artistic name (if applicable).
- Contact details (email, phone/WhatsApp, Instagram, and website).
- Artist bio (maximum 200 characters).
- Portrait of the artist.
2. Digital delivery of works
Send them via WeTransfer in two folders.
3. Include a technical sheet:
For each piece (maximum five):
- Title.
- Date
- Technique.
- Dimensions.
- Price in US dollars (USD).

Accepted techniques
- Photography Analog or digital photography, black and white or color. TIFF file, 300 DPI minimum.
- Painting Acrylic, oil, watercolor, tempera, or others. High-quality digitization of the original work.
- Digital illustration Created with Procreate, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other digital tools. TIFF or AI format.
- Generative art Works created with algorithms, artificial intelligence, or other generative tools. TIFF file, 300 DPI.
Available print formats
When submitting your work, make sure the file has enough resolution for the largest format you wish to offer:
- Small 13 × 18 cm collection, gift, accessible entry price.
- Small-medium 20 × 25 cm home decor, desk or wall piece.
- Medium 30 × 40 cm gallery format, strong visual presence on the wall.
- Large 50 × 60 cm feature piece, maximum museum quality.
Terms
- Participation is completely free and voluntary.
- The artist provides between 1 and 5 digital images for the production and sale of fine art prints.
- The artist retains at all times the intellectual property and copyright of their original work.
- The images will be used exclusively for print production and Art4Venezuela's communications.
- Physical works are not accepted under any circumstances.
- The artist declares to be the author of the works and guarantees they hold all rights to authorize their reproduction.
- The organization reserves the right to select the works best suited for fine art reproduction.
- Selected artists will sign a usage rights assignment agreement, sent by email.
By submitting your information and your works, the artist accepts the participation conditions described here by Art4Venezuela.
