SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping, delivery, and risk

We offer shipping options depending on the destination country or region and the options available at the time of the order.

The delivery times indicated are estimates, unless expressly stated to constitute a contractual deadline.

International shipments may be affected by customs procedures, import restrictions, weather conditions, strikes, logistical problems, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

When Meals4hope is responsible for arranging transport, the risk of loss or damage will remain with Meals4hope until the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products, unless applicable law establishes otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits the rights that consumers may have.

Taxes, customs, and international orders

Meals4hope may accept orders from different countries. The availability of prints and postcards and shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, tariffs, fees, or other charges established by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges will be the responsibility of the recipient when legally applicable to them.

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address and the information necessary to complete the shipment.

Meals4hope will not be responsible for delays resulting from customs procedures or import restrictions beyond its control.
